Megma is cause of volcanic eruptions. megma can be formed by melted rocks , crystals and gases into the earth crust.

As the liquid rock solidifies, it loses its heat to the surrounding crust.

Basic ways that rocks melt to form the megma are decompression, condition, addition of volatiles.
