Horace Mann was born on May 4th 1976. He was an American educational reformer. He was inspired by the work of the Whig dedicating himself to public education. The main theme and motto for his life was " It is mainly our law of nature to desire our happiness. This kind of law is not local, but universal. It is not temporary, but eternal. It is not a law to be proved by exceptions, but a law which knows no exceptions and boundaries" .From 1827 to 1837.He also joined political parties like Whig and free soil. His spouses are Charlotte Messer Mann till 1832, and Mary Peabody Mann. His father was Thomas Mann and mother Rebecca Stanley Mann.
