The necessary condition for autotrophic nutrition is: water :water is the main ingredient of autotrophic Nutrition because water gives hydrogen and oxygen during the photosynthesis. 

Chlorophyll: Chlorophyll present in the chloroplast and chlorophyll absorb the sunlight during the photosynthesis

Sunlight: sunlight break the the water into the hydrogen and oxygen it is important for the photosynthesis

Carbon dioxide: most of the carbon dioxide  is inhaled by the autotrophs.

With help of those ingredients autotrophs made carbohydrates and water as a food.
