By job, we mean that any work that a person has to work hard to do and that man can get some fruit for that hard work comes under the job, under the job man needs to work. By labor automation, we mean that any work that a human can do, if the same work is done by a machine, then it is considered under labor automation, like a human-made robot makes it easier for humans to do the work. Labor automation is right in one way but wrong in one way because it is taking away people's jobs.
