Based on my research, the steps to download the scanned copy of 2nd PUC 2023 are as follows:

- Go to the official website of the Board of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State at www.pue.kar.nic.in.

- Click on the 2nd PUC section on the homepage and click on the scanned copy link.

- Enter your roll number and click on submit.

- Your second PUC scanned copy will be available in PDF format.

- You can download and print it for future reference.

Note: The online application for scanned copy will be open from 21st April to 27th April 2023. The fee payment for scanned copy will also close on 27th April 2023. The revaluation and retotalling of answer scripts will be done from 3rd May to 8th May 2023. The revaluation result will be released thereafter.
