Genre 3: Romance. Romance is a genre of fiction that focuses on the relationship and love between two or more characters. Romance stories often have a happy ending or a hopeful outlook. Some examples of romance subgenres are contemporary romance, historical romance, paranormal romance, and erotica.


Genre 4: Science fiction. Science fiction is a genre of fiction that uses science or technology as a main plot device or setting. Science fiction stories often explore the effects of scientific innovations, discoveries, or scenarios on society, individuals, or the environment. Some examples of science fiction subgenres are dystopian, cyberpunk, space opera, and time travel.


Genre 5: Horror. Horror is a genre of fiction that aims to frighten, disturb, or shock the readers or viewers. Horror stories often use elements of suspense, terror, gore, or the supernatural. Some examples of horror subgenres are zombie, vampire, ghost, and slasher.
