The last thing that I remember cooking was a delicious vegetable lasagna in my kitchen. I followed a recipe that I found online, and it turned out great. I used fresh spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, and cheese for the filling, and homemade tomato sauce for the topping. It was a bit time-consuming, but worth the effort. I enjoyed it with a green salad and some garlic bread. It was a satisfying and healthy meal that I would definitely make again.
